Zipplex is an application that provides real-time average lease prices and delays for different apartment sizes in the Grand Montreal region. The prices are updated from the most popular local web pages. They are not the final lease or negotiated prices, but the asking prices from the ads. The map has been divided in 35 zones, the data can be displayed by zone as well as by postal code.
